My room had a spacious layout and modern design. The staff members were very helpful and attentive . I found the location central to many attractions and transit options. The hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations.
The street noise was noticeable at times, particularly during peak hours.

cozy fireplace free drinks
i really enjoyed the included lounge area. it had a fireplace and free drinks and snacks in the evening (a very nice touch!). the metro station was very close, and the area felt quiet and safe.
the laundry facilities could be improved. the washer and dryer combo took a long time, and more laundry facilities are needed.

i found the staff helpful and cute.. tamaki at reception greeted my children with an origami lesson during check-in. the in-room coffee machine was a great addition. i appreciated the quiet location and convenient access to the subway.
the absence of bell service required me to handle my own luggage.

The hotel is close to transport and many attractions. The guest lounge provided complimentary drinks and appetizers for generous hours each day in a comfortable setting. I really liked the bathing and meditation spaces. The hotel contacted me quickly after I checked out, letting me know I had left money in the safe. They contacted me within 30 minutes of my checkout to inform me about the money I left behind. The afternoon tea and evening snack were great additions to the amazing facilities. The baths were also lovely.
The lighting in my room was too complex.

lovely hotel close to transport
friendly staff free drinks
the hotel was quite close to the bus and train. the staff were quite friendly and also very helpful. i found the lounge option provided free drinks for a portion of the evening.
i arrived around midday and waited until 5 pm to check in, even though the time was 3 pm. they offered breakfast, then told me it was not included , which caused confusion. the bar closed earlier than advertised for free drinks.

the hotel has a laundromat , however ,it contains two small drum washer dryers. i could track if these were free on the tv in my room. there is also a laundry service available , too.

the hotel was very close to a subway station. i found it super easy to get around. it was also very easy to get to and from the main train station. the cleanliness was great and the superior king room lounge access non smoking was modern and well kept.
i found breakfast was not good. there was no toast. also there was no cheese in the omelette, very disappointing. there was no self service.
